What: A "buff lineman" playing for the University of Colorado who suffered two knee injuries in the past ten months (both torn ACLs), and more of the same before that, is now thinking it might be time to go on that mission he's always had in the back of his mind.
Quote: "Tuioti-Mariner said Thursday nothing has been decided in regard to when he will take his mission, but he acknowledged this might be the perfect time for it considering his body could benefit from the time away from the game."
Reaction: This reminds me of Solomon F. Kimball, an early Mormon who kept breaking the Sabbath and kept getting punished for it (smashed fingers, kicks to the head by mules, severed toes, being shot at by crazy strangers) until he finally learned his lesson.
