Look! A head! 2011.

What: Super-Mormon Joanna Brooks takes us into the not-so-distant future with a look at what's to come.

Quote: "I’ve heard others muse aloud that this may be our own twisted version of a Fiddler on the Roof moment—a moment when Mormon culture crosses over into the American pop cultural mainstream."

Reaction: I wonder if they'll offer discount tickets to actual Mormons when The Book of Mormon musical opens on Broadway? They totally should.

  1. do you think there is a chance there will be a wikileaks type document dump from the COB in salt lake city? they've been notoriously quiet about finances, politics, etc. and good at preventing leaks.

  3. Good to see a new post here! I tried to read some of the comments at the end of the article, and I think I agree with those who think that the writer of the article is trying to be too much of a "Mormon of the world" rather than a "Mormon in the world, but not of it." Still, very intriguing. I say any publicity, even by South Park creators, is good publicity.
